Tragedy of Malaysian Airlines MH370 on 8th March 2014

Today, our Prime Minister had announced the fate of MH370 last position indicated at the South of Indian Ocean, West of Perth today on 10pm press conference at Putra World Trade Center (PWTC). It's indeed a sad year for all the aviators and travelers around the world that such sophisticated aircraft which bounded for Beijing ended up at South of Indian Ocean.

Before truth revealed, people were making fun of generating different fake news around, bringing hope for all the families, relatives and friends whom were in despair. I have no idea what kind of humanity you are, but now the truth had revealed, are you satisfied with the result? Are you bringing their ups and downs on their families? Is it right for you to make such news you had made before? Are you an aviation experts? I assume you aren't concerning anyone.

This tragedy involve a Boeing 777-200 Extended Range series, Malaysian Airlines, type registration, 9M-MRO inbound from Kuala Lumpur to Beijing, which consisted of 239 Passengers and 12 crews onboard. For your information, I did indeed travel on this aircraft before, from Kuala Lumpur to Kota Kinabalu as upgraded flight, which scheduled as flight MH2640.

Truly, today is a deep black year for Malaysians. 2 accidents involving Malaysian aircraft, 9M-MDM and 9M-MRO. I truly beg for investigators to find for reasons, outcomes, answers and investigations on the fatal flight of MH370, so that no more innocent passengers and crews on Boeing 777-200ER be endangered.

My deep condolences to the families, friends and relatives concerned on the flight of MH370. I know there's no place for refugee to seek for comfort, nothing can be confirmed with all the loss you had encountered.

MAS370 passengers and crew, rest in peace assured.

Mike's A Commercial Cadet Pilot FAQ

Good Morning everyone, today, I would like to share and build up a blog regarding on 5Ws on becoming a cadet pilot. I had approached most of new added friends in facebook, where they asked lots of questions about how to be a commercial pilot. So I would like to explain everything here.
1) How to become a commercial cadet pilot?
To become a commercial cadet pilot, there are two ways (I believe so):
a) Private Funded
- In this private funded, you need quite huge number of sum, for now, estimated course fees is around RM 270,000. However, I would like to emphasis that this sum is based on my year 2012. They may increase or decrease dependent upon the school's management. After graduation from the school, you won't be guarantee for a job and you may require yourself to get through some interviews as Direct Intake First Officers depend on Terms and Conditions.

b) Airline Sponsership
- In this airline sponsership, you need to get through number of stages, Cadet Pilot Assessment Test, ADAPT Test, Interview and etc. It requires lots of effort and time, as the golden seat in this Cadet Pilot Selection but the reward would be a sponership or loan for your studies on cadet pilot and guarantee yourself for a job. Therefore, there's no need for you to worry about whether you may secure a job in future or not

So in the end, choice is you whom to make. You will require lots of effort and time to think through before you make the best decision.

----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

2)  What are the steps to be a privately funded cadet pilot?

a)In my opinion, medical certificate is the first step to do. From here, I will break down to sub FAQs:

 (i) Where am I going to do my medical certificate? Can I do anywhere?
Well, you can’t go any clinic, any hospital to do you medical certificate like those Goods Driving License (GDL) renewal do and as you like. There are various certified aviation medical examiners in Malaysia, here’s the list of all the aviation medical examiners in Malaysia. Phone and book an appointment with the doctor before you proceed.

(ii)  What are the fees of aviation medical examiners?
It's depend on where you accomplish your medical exam. Various medical exam venues have different price. Therefore, I advice readers to telephone and ask for the price.

(iii) What are they checking for?
Basically all parts of the body. Don't feel shy anyway since as a pilot, everyone will go through this phase. :)

(iv) What does Class I and Class II stands for?
Class I entitles you to pursue your dream as a pilot to a commercial Pilot, while Class II, entitles you to get a Private Pilot License. So, if you want to be a commercial pilot, go for Class 1. Leisure flying and Sightseeing, Class II. However, Class I entitles you to have Class II privileges too. So, aim for Class I.

b) After you successfully obtain a Class I aviation Medical Certificate, time for you to write in a letter to Department of Civil Aviation (DCA). Wow, a letter to DCA. What am I going to write for the content? Here's a sample letter to DCA from Asia Pacific Flight Training (APFT), (Credits to APFT). Of course you may write yourself a letter too, and it's encouraged to write on your own and sent the letter you had wrote to this address:

Director of Flight Operations
Department of Civil Aviation (DCA) Malaysia
Level 2, Blok Podium B
Lot 4G4, Precinct 4
Federal Government Administrative Centre
62570 PUTRAJAYA

Reply of this letter from DCA may take weeks. So I would suggest earlier submission as you could.

c) Thereafter, after you had your the DCA letter and Medical Certificate, you are off to go for piloting flying school. DCA will provide you all the details of the school you are going to. However, you may require to survey and choose the best school for your own. It's based on different opinions and thinking. I would suggest a visit to their school to know their status and outcomes will be.

----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

3) Is Pilot Hard and Difficult?

Well, this depends on individuals. I have observed that with difficulty on subjects in piloting is based on how much basic concept individuals had mastered and how individuals can receive information day by day. Things are dependent upon individuals look upon the career. Piloting is about studying throughout the whole life. I personally found this piloting as an interesting career though. Even though study keeps following me around, but as technology advances, study will keep continue till the day you are retired. So take it as part of your learning in your life. Learning never stops in your life. Questions maybe hard, but you have to face it anyway, and your job is to find a solution to solve it. Pilots can't escape it just because it's a question. Perhaps there's some day, where the plane starts to behave things what you don't want to, and you have to deal with it, but you can't reject yourself to solve it because it's a thing you don't want to deal with, Right?

Let me tell you a story about my time in my Phase II training. Phase II is a tough phase (I believe) comprises of Meteorology, General Navigation, Radio Navigation, Flight Planning and Monitoring and lastly Instrumentation. Questions are coming in bunches, dealing five subjects in 14 weeks. Studies have to be made everyday, every night. It's countless studies about this phase. There are numerous cadets I had approached. Some are lazy, some are hardworking, some are diligent, some are dedicated, some are simply minded and other sort of cadets. They do pathetic things, but one thing you gonna know,

You learn for your own good, Knowledge is the wisdom in your mind, and No one will snatch the Wisdom from you
Therefore, whether pilot is hard or not, is based on what you are thinking now on your current study. If there's a will, there's a way. And if other people can do, why can't you?

-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Well, this is it. If You have anymore questions, please do comment below and I will approach your question and may be written above.

Thank you :)

Motivation about being a person

Many of people might lose their way while doing work on his/her way. Some of them might be not able to achieve their desire and their dream. There are certain answers you might be finding, where you have seek something you want to. A lot of things you have to keep remind ourselves, but basically there's three basic questions where we should consider. I approached to a wise man on our motivation lecture about becoming a human being.

Person are easily deviated from a target once they were distracted, which commonly by self induced or external influenced. However, keep in mind that there are three basic questions you have to keep remind all over and over again. Meditation helps you to clear your mind and thoughts, finding your place a quiet and peaceful imagination. For Example, you could sit around a beach or a quiet place for you to see the wonders of nature.

In fact from here, start asking yourself from the truth of your heart, that what you really want to. But the basic of questions you will ask are:

" Where Am I ?"
" Why Am I Here?"
" What Am I doing?"

These questions are quite easy to ask eventually. But the trick to this wisdom lies upon the depth of your heart. What are the basic elements to solve this questions? From here, start build yourself to a better person from those questions, that's how a great leader was built.

I approached myself this song, Return to Innocence. A song introduced by my great buddy, Dennis Fu, and I  found it interesting it actually. Here's the lyrics below:

That's not the beginning of the end
That's the return to yourself
The return to innocence.

[Love - Devotion
Feeling - Emotion]

Love - Devotion
Feeling - Emotion

Don't be afraid to be weak
Don't be too proud to be strong
Just look into your heart my friend
That will be the return to yourself
The return to innocence.
If you want, then start to laugh
If you must, then start to cry
Be yourself don't hide
Just believe in destiny.

Don't care what people say
Just follow your own way
Don't give up and use the chance
To return to innocence.

That's not the beginning of the end
That's the return to yourself
The return to innocence.

[Don't care what people say
Follow just your own way
Follow just your own way
Don't give up, don't give up
To return, to return to innocence.]

[If you want then laugh
If you must then cry
Be yourself don't hide
Just believe in destiny.]

It's quite meaningful and yet simply amazing in terms of bringing its words. Basically this song tells us that we need to return to the starting point, where you don't know anything innocently. What it plans to tell us is that children are innocent, but they are naive and yet to be destressful. What they do is just go ahead and they do what they love to do. I did meet some of those people with insulting and teasing you all over the time, but I believed upon this song, returning to innocence makes you know more about a true self and not to go beyond stress limits, where you don't want to be.

International Communication Code

Let me share something for a basic learning about International Communication Code.

In Pilots' Life, this Communication Code is necessary and vital for pilots to master it. Why? Firstly, in radio telephony (RT), this is important for representing information such as Aerodrome Terminal Information Service (ATIS), Radio Beacon Identification such as VHF Omni-Directional Range (VOR) ,Instrument Landing System (ILS) and Non-Directional Beacon (NDB) identification. For example, Langkawi island has a VOR situated behind of Runway 21, which has an identification of VPL. Normally, pilots will call the station Victor Papa Lima instead of VPL.

Secondly, in RT, communication is difficult. Therefore a careful and clear presentation is necessary for a pilot. Some pilots may confused over some words and it's more difficult when they are in busy airspace.

So, the below is the list of International Communication Code. Let's MASTER IT.

A- Alpha
B- Bravo
C- Charlie
D- Delta
E- Echo
F- Foxtrot
G- Golf
H- Hotel
I- India
J- Juliet
K- Kilo
L- Lima
M- Mike
N- November
O- Oscar
P- Papa
Q- Quebec
R- Romeo
S- Sierra
T- Tango
U- Uniform
V- Victor
W- Whiskey
X- X-ray
Y- Yankee
Z- Zulu

This is the International Communication Code. Remember, Practice Makes Perfect :)

Memory Building? It's that possible?

Hey guys, it's me once again to update my life to you guys on how's going on nowadays. And yes, I'm delighted enough to express my life once again in our school this week. But I would like to make a topic regarding on memory building today. As I mentioned earlier, I had my final PPL Exam in exam hall on Wednesday (24 October 2012), marking the historical exam paper for my piloting life. Let's cover a little about this exam~

This exam was comprised of 5 sessions, 1st session, Aircraft General,  was consisted of subjects like Principle of Flights, Engines, Instrumentation, Airframe, Electrics and Mass & Balance. 2nd session was Nav/Met/Radio Aids, where the subjects are mentioned, Navigation, Meteorology and Radio Aids. 3rd Session was HPL, which means Human Performance Limitations. 4th Session was Air Law and lastly, Radio Telephony, short form would be RT.

So, is the exam hard? Well, it's easy if you made your study effort day by day. You can't build a house in a day, but it's perfectly constructed day by day. Most of the people might say, "My memory is quite bad, I can't remember things well" and etc. There're various ways to increase your memory, but how to improve your memory relies upon your effort would like to prevail upon. But one caution I would like to emphasis, some subjects do require your understanding, and some subjects do require your memory function. I will try to explain how you can improve your memory in my way.

Pre-Reading, Reading, Writing and Test Yourself
This requires your pre-reading, where you study your topic ahead before lecturers or instructors teach you. What I would like to explain is you study the topics first before you go in the class, where you haven't start the topic because the pre-study on the relevant topic will help to increase your memory and understanding ability. After your instructor had taught you the topic on the respective day, go back to your room, start revise and read the topics where your lecturers/instructors went through.
Of course,  basic HIGHLIGHTERS are very important to you. How many kinds of highlighter colors it would depend on your liking. But for me, yellow highlighter has provided me significant attention to the point required for me to study. I still remember that when I was young, I don't even dare to touch my sister's highlighter pen because I had a thinking that those highlighters were meant for secondary and university students, but eventually it's opposite. Most kids would like to use those highlighters as coloring pencils, as to make the drawing more colorful. Hahahaax
Highlight the points which's important to you. Yes, about highlighting, I would like to CAUTION to my readers. You highlight the points ONLY. I saw some of my friends highlighted the whole book as if you are coloring the book instead. High-lighted markers are used to pinpoint the important points you like to remember and emphasis. I might advice you not to highlight the books if you think the points inside are important, but this method won't work without a proper writing actually. I will try to prominent it upon the tactics to counteract the points which is comprised in a page. As far everyone knows, a page in a book, is quite significant, but the points whether to study or not is another dominant factor for each and every students. So, that's where I would like to carry on the next method, which is writing.

Let' say a topic I covered in the subject, Radio Aids. In our PPL Radio Aids subject, you will encounter yourself 2 pages from the topic of Distance Measuring Equipment (DME). This subject might be hard for some cadets since it's all about radio and etc. But for me, I do love it a lot. How are you going to love it depends on how many interest and determination to score it well. It still comes to the basic point where I previously blogged before. Motivation About Being A Person Readers, before I commence my way of note making, I won't force you to follow my way, but there's lots of ways to improve your memory, and this is part of my creation on how I improve my memory myself. So there's a term call summary, where you don't write exactly like from the book. As I had mentioned above, not all points are important. Below is a sample of my DME note. It's compiled into a page, where I summarize the whole topic other than reading the whole book. There are many books you have to study, not only one of them.
When you combine your instructor/lecturer's teaching, it's a perfect and simple note for you to study instead. For my way, I will write it on A4 paper, enhanced it with Reinforcement Rings, file it in a folder. That's how my study is. But for your information, I study on another way as well, which is the usage of colors. According to some research, different colors can improve a lot on your memory, especially on your right side of your brain. So, what I did was to buy the Stabilo's color pen actually. Remember, it's not color pencil, it's color pen. How does it look like?
Well the picture above is the materials used to make my notes. So how it really works with the color? Let's say from the note I had made from the subject of Hydraulics:
But the combination of Stabilo's pen and Highlighter makes a great combination actually when you want to make the liquid separate or diagram sketching.
So, it's depending on how you look and how creative you are, when you are using those materials. One Stabilo Pens might cost you RM 2.10 each and Highlighters might cost you RM3.50 each, but it's worth it when you make use of it every single day and every single note.

Lastly the Test is about testing yourself whether you are up to the knowledge required. Nowadays, exercises are mandatory for everyone to keep on track. Google is your helpful friend to search for questions and answers. Yet most of people don't really make use of it. There are plenty of questions out there, forums discussion and article publications, but not most of them really make use of it. However, testing is not only applicable to yourself but discussion and questionare among your friends. It's not restricted to ownself, but oral conversation provides better memory building from audible perception. So, do ask questions along with your friends, they might be the most helpful one.

Cheers, and any doubts, please do comment below. I will try my best to answer your questions. xD

Stay tuned as I will make another interesting blog about the life for previous days, today and the next few days. See Yas...

Tripppllleeee Rider~

Hey readers, today's a good day for me back Kota Kinabalu once again, and say goodbye for a while to the prison island. I will be riding on a Triple Seven back to Kota Kinabalu. What's a Triple Seven anyway? It's not the lottery you had found in the casino. It's a Boeing 777, which I always called it Trippllleeeyyyy.  Today, I will be flying on a Boeing 777-200ER which is owned by Malaysia Airlines, operating on flight MH 2640 inbound from Kuala Lumpur to Kota Kinabalu as an upgraded flight from Boeing 737-800. I had overnight over KLIA though and it came to a very good time for me to spot morning flights. Here are the spotting I had made today.
Group of Malaysia Airlines' Boeing 737-800 fleet say good morning :)

Compilations of Boeing 777-200 Series
9M-MRG

First Malaysia Airlines Boeing 777-200 , 9M-MRG

Surprisingly Qatar Airways sent their Boeing 777-200LR come to KLIA. Rare Scene~ A7-BBF

Thai Airways also sent their Boeing 777-200 come to Kuala Lumpur this morning. HS-TJV

My first successful Malindo Airways Picture too, 9M-LNH

Thereafter, I had myself into a sleep since I didn't really sleep well since I had overnight myself in KLIA. Found myself a long bench around EDEN Corner and lay myself onto that bench for about 2 hours quick nap. Surprisingly, I had woke up around 11 am. You can hear Hari Raya songs around the corner though. However, I had woke up myself and went to Anjung Tinjau once again to check out any special aircraft. Afterall, when I reached there, I saw this aircraft was towing from the MAS Hangar Building towards Main Terminal Building (MTB).
And Surprisingly, this is my aircraft flying to Kota Kinabalu, 9M-MRO

Malaysia Airlines Retro Livery, 9M-MXA. Really feel Nostalgic though.

After I finished spotting some planes, time for me to have lunch though. While having my lunch in KLIA, a senior friend facebook messaging me that he was in KLIA too. So I ate the meal quickly and dashed myself to the standby counter. He was so different than before. Big size, tall and even good looking. I was wondering, whether I could be like him too. We walked and talked together since he's going to Penang and my gate was around his corner. Therefore, we had chat quite number of things, such as his work, my studies and many jokes though. Long time didn't see each other though, around 6 years of no contact with each other. Since his flight left early, I started to look around and proceed to my gate, B6. Parked with this enormous and huge plane from the terminal, it was fantastic. Windmilling engine which makes the plane so wonderful. My seat was on 19A, so normally the rear cabin board first.

Not to forget all the details:

Date: 04 August 2013
Airline: Malaysia Airlines
Flight: MH-2640
Aircraft: Boeing 777-2H6 ER
Aircraft Registration: 9M-MRO
From : Kuala Lumpur (WMKK)
To: Kota Kinabalu (WBKK)
Scheduled Time Departure: 1540
Scheduled Time Arrival: 1805
Seat: 19A
Class: Economy
Not to forget my picture with the Trippplllleeeyyyy

So 25 minutes before departure, as usual, chime sounds and they invite all Enrich Platinum, Gold ,One World Privilege members and families whom bring senior citizens, disabled peoples and kids to board first and others will remain seated and wait for further announcement. After boarded, it's time for me to board. Surprisingly, there are quite few of them already. I bet this flight got a lot of kids around. Therefore, expect some children noise. Hahax.

While Boarding, the morning flight MH 2604 to Kota Kinabalu was parked at gate B4 using Airbus A330-300 on 9M-MTG. In hari raya season, expect most number of flights will be upgraded to a bigger equipment, therefore, it's a rare chance for you to try a big aircraft running on domestic flights.

Check out the front fuselage, this is so wonderful where you can see two aerobridges connected to one aircraft.
This Big Engine, Rolls Royce Trent 892 can power a 282 passengers, plus crew members and cargo. Imagine how much thrust it can produce and times two, since Boeing 777 is operated by a two engine aircraft. You may see how many passengers were boarding on this flight. Cool.
The moment when Flight Stewardness asked my boarding pass and showed me to the first walkway of the cabin. Air conditioning sound can be heard though. Luggage bins are like Boeing 737-800 new series, making the place look spacious, except the lighting which is not as beautiful as the sky interior does.

Seating myself on Seat 19A, with most of the passengers were Muslims, having their fasting. I could barely see their tiredness though, including me (though I'm tired not because of fasting, but tired from depriving of sleep), but the Boeing 777-200 made my flight more elegant and awake enough to see the beauty of its wings.
Check out the wing of the Boeing 777. It was so massive compared to a Boeing 737 series. Never thought such a massive aircraft would operate a 2 hours 40 minutes from Kuala Lumpur to Kota Kinabalu, even though they deploy schedule flights of Airbus A380-800 on short route from Kuala Lumpur to Hong Kong. However, let's check out their entertainment system. Their Entertainment system, was rather a older version of AVOD, which uses remote control stowed and latched on your seat.
Here's me taking a DSLR Camera. You can adjust the brightness of AVOD. For long travelling passengers will feel comfort on the seat as it's spacious, with generous legroom except on window seats, whereby they have seat electronic box under the seat. Cushion and wide spacing above head make passengers even comfortable in terms of environment and its lighting. I strongly agree that the ambient was quite suprisingly quiet compared to other aircraft like older version Boeing 737-400 and older.
In Malaysia Airlines Boeing 777-200, they do not have First Class, but they have Business Class which are of Cucible type seats, whereby my friend, Chin Ja Hur, had his trip on Business Class back to Kota Kinabalu on the previous day, on same flight. (Credits to Chin Ja Hur)
You may look their seat was much spacious compared to Economy Class (definitely of course). However, I
would like to cover my trip on my economy class trip. In this Boeing 777-200, Malaysia Airlines uses Rolls Royce Trent 892 to power the aircraft. So I would like to present some information such as the Safety Card which is below of it:
Page 1 of the Boeing 777-200 Safety Card
Page 2 of the Boeing 777-200 Safety Card

Pushback was done about 3:45pm and I had upload a video in facebook, and here's the link for the video on engine startup. Calm and ready for the departure. I spotted some pictures while aircraft taxied to Runway 32R.
Boeing 737-800 Fleet
Check out this Antonov. It's so huge where it's parked on the remote bay though.
This logo, it's really meant for Malaysia Airlines Boeing 777-200ER engine. Imagine this engine had powered thousands of flights over continents. Compared to other aircraft, Boeing 777 is simply a magnificent design.

Some several aircraft were in front of us, giving way to other small aircraft for departure as big aircraft like us had to delay for 3 minutes departure due to wake turbulence generated by our aircraft. After Airasia's Expedia  Livery Aircraft (9M-AFG), blasting off the runway, it's time for us to line up and ready for the departure. Takeoff was quite smooth and even. No baby crying and uneventful flight proceeding us to the destination where the Land Below the Wind. Here's a youtube video uploaded for the view. You may hear the spool up of Boeing 777-200. Enjoy :)
The takeoff was uneventful. Gears Up and we continued our takeoff to our destination, Kota Kinabalu. I seriously like the sound of Rolls Royce, the flexibility of wing and the scenery with such big wing. Carrying more than 200 passengers to Kota Kinabalu, its indeed a comfort flight for 200 passengers, with comfortable seat and IFE onboard this flight. Some of them started to sleep, some of them playing the IFE while some of them fasten off seatbelts after seat belt sign was switched off for toiletry.  I had posted about this picture, which was so beautiful. Clear blue skies, accompanied with patches of clouds.

Spotting Alone~

Yea, Gonna spot myself this time. Today sending my buddy, Dennis Fu, whom had finished his Diploma course in Kota Kinabalu back to his hometown, Tawau. This morning 6am woke up, printing some necessary  documents ready for his adventure trip to Tawau. And me, watching him packed up his things for departure soon. Yet, I felt that there's not much feeling at all, but a simply sent to his destination, Kota Kinabalu International Airport Terminal 1.

Departing from my house around 6:45am, dashing along the way from my house to airport. However, today is really a miracle whereby I don't stop my car that frequently as such that my journey from my house to the airport requires me to pass 5 traffic lights. And in fact, they all went well and smooth, just as if they give way to me like Police open the road for governments?

So, around 7am I reached the airport, putting Dennis' luggage on ground (actually not ground but first floor of airport), and accelerate my car to the car park down there to look for car park available. Finished my car parking, I straight went ahead to look for Dennis in check-in counters, but no sight of him inside, and I looked outside of Terminal. He was just finishing his arrangement of luggage on the trolley. Since his departure time was 7:45am, I quickly helped him to security check his luggage, and queue up for the check-in counter. His flight was on MASWings, flight MH3093 inbound from Kota Kinabalu to Tawau via Sandakan.

So where's his flight actually? The map can summarize about his trip.
The only transit flight for MASWings. There are direct flights to Tawau for MASWings, but my buddy, Dennis would like to choose this flight as you can stop by for sightings. After all, he finished his course already, so it will be a lot of time for him to grind.

Check In was done in minutes though. And yet the boarding session has commenced for this flight,MH3093 already. So, I asked him to dash himself for the boarding hall. After saying goodbye to him, and there's something wrong when I saw him depart via the international departure. OH GOSH. I almost forgotten, Domestic route flights are done at the second floor. So, I shouted to Dennis that he had boarded on wrong boarding hall and yes, he felt awkward too. SO we both ran to the second stairs, saying another goodbye to him again. Aww.....
Bye Bye Dennis, So Long until we meet again... Number Two for X-ray Screening? :) Will miss you again and see you again..

After saying desperate goodbye to Dennis, it's time I became forever alone again. But this kind of occurrence, everyone will face, just as if I had in my National Service.
"When There's Reunion, there's Separation"
So, I proceeded myself to my car, and went ahead to pay parking fee, but what I'm surprised was the counter was not opened that time and the parking payment machine was nonoperational.  And I left the last parking payment machine, and what's here? Maintenance... Gosh, big queue for most of  people whom wanted to pay their parking fees. So, okay, I think I had my breakfast in Mcdonald first before I departed myself. Where's Mcdonald? Of course in KKIA T1, which was located at departure floor, Second Floor. And I ordered myself Hotcakes with Sausage... Yum Yum...
I ordered myself a cup of tea, with hashbrown. This combo costs around RM12.30 for the whole meal. But in fact, it will fill up your stomach though. So after my meal, and I went down for the payment, the queue was no more and I started to drive myself towards Jalan Selangor, where it's a place for spotters to spot planes. So everyone wonders, where's Jalan Selangor? Let's pinpoint out where the location is...
Jalan Selangor Spotting Area is basically the location between Runway 20 and Runway 02. So it's in the middle there where you can spot their takeoff and Landing at this area. Here's the spot where my buddy, Dennis took previously at that place.
Basically it's good for spotters to hang out around this area, you won't be chased by authorities such as this white truck, which is under Malaysia Airport Holdings Berhad. Their responsibilities are make sure the security of airport is safe and sound, however, trespassers to the airport area without any solid identification will result capture and be handled to police. As well, if you are part of aviation, you will be blacklisted or your license will be provoked.
Note: those flags aren't normally displayed, but the sign of independence day shows it's around the corner.

So what I had spot during the day? And yes, to tell you another fact, I tracked a flight from Kuala Lumpur to  Kota Kinabalu on flight AK5102, and it seems to be the most yellowish livery in Airasia, which is Expedia Livery. So I gotta try on my hot sauna in my Vios Car Once Again. Here's my candid shot from my previous facebook post.
So what are the planes I shot during that day? The result are as belows. Ever imagine yourself you can get 5 types of Airasia planes' liveries in just a short 2 hours period? Here's the proof below.
This plane might look ordinary compared to other standard Airasia Liveries. But as you notice the front part of fuselage, there's one sticker called 1st Airbus in Kota Kinabalu. It's considered one part of special livery too. Aircraft Registration mark for this aircraft is 9M-AHG.
